Jane has successfully matched over 100 intended parents with gestational carriers. She works closely with intended parents, gestational carrier, attorneys, escrow company and leading IVF centers throughout their journey, guaranteeing a smooth journey. Jane thoroughly interviews all potential gestational carriers to determine their suitability and only selects the best surrogates for the program.
Alvin Craig Gordon, M.D., J.D.

As a physician and as an attorney, Alvin C. Gordon has experience listening to people and addressing their questions and concerns. He completed an internship and residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine and became interested in the legal issues related to health and medicine. Since graduating from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1992, Alvin’s legal practice has been mostly centered on medically-related legal issues. For the past 15 years, he has been involved with issues related to reproductive law and has had the gratifying experience of working with intended parents and gestational surrogates. His experience and knowledge in the field of gestational surrogacy have provided intended parents and surrogates with a seamless, pleasant and gratifying experience. Alvin is a proud member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
Ava M. Gordon, M.D., J.D.

Ava M. Gordon graduated the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1995, magna cum laude, while raising 3 young children. Before law school, she completed an internship in Internal Medicine, a residency in Pediatrics, and a fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology. Ava has been practicing law with her husband Alvin Gordon since 1996 and has enjoyed being involved with gestational surrogacy. She takes great pride in working with intended parents and their surrogates to ensure a positive experience with desirable results.

Ariel is dedicated to helping guide intended parents and surrogates through our thorough surrogacy process. She has a certificate in creative arts therapy and a Master’s degree in psychoanalysis. She has experience counseling individuals, as well as leading group therapy in psychosocial club settings, both domestically and internationally. She seeks to help intended parents and surrogates have a fulfilling experience. Her priority is to always work with compassion, understanding, and respect.
Andrew Chan MD

Andrew Chan is a psychiatrist in New York, New York and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Beth Israel Medical Center and New York Downtown Hospital. He received his medical degree from Natl Defense Medicine Ctr and has been in practice for 40 years. He is one of 62 doctors at Beth Israel Medical Center and one of 48 at New York Downtown Hospital who specialize in Psychiatry. He speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Allison Rosen Ph.D

Dr. Rosen is a clinical psychologist in private practice for more than 30 years, specializing in general infertility counseling, third-party reproduction, pregnancy loss, and adoption. She sees individuals, couples and groups to help with reproductive issues, depression, anxiety and other psychological problems. She received her B.A. from the University of California, her Ph.D. from Michigan State University and her Certificate in Psychoanalysis from the William Alanson White Institute.
